The hotel was clean, spacious, modern, and comforting—it felt like home from the moment we walked in. The rooms appear well insulated as we didn't hear much noise from adjacent rooms or hallways. The service was extremely polite and friendly during our check-in/out process and accommodating to food allergies. The location was great for hockey arenas, restaurants, and stores, just off the highway and fairly central to all the places we wanted to get to. The dining experience had limited options, but the facilities were well-maintained.

The hotel room was a bit cramped once we pulled out the sofa bed, and it seemed to be situated above the laundry room. However, the bed was comfortable, offering a restful night's sleep. Despite a bit of a misleading situation with the front desk, I found the stay comfortable overall.
